Bandhavgarh National Park

This national park is spread across an area of 105.4 square kilometers. The presence of tigers, bears and leopards attract a large number of tourists from different parts of the world. The thick forest is covered with Sal trees. It also has a vast area of bamboo and grasslands growth. The unique feature of this park is that it also has a number of white tigers.
Bandipur Wildlife Sanctuary
Location: Chamarajanagar district, Karnataka
This is one of the most popular wildlife reserves in India. The main attractions of this sanctuary are the Asian Elephants and the Gaurs. Moreover, the park also has a variety of flora making it one of the most favorites among wildlife lovers. The park is also the nesting place for a wide variety of birds.
Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary
Location: Bharatpur, Rajasthan
This place is a must visit for bird watchers. The park is spread across an area of 29 square kilometers. It has as many as 350 species of birds. The sanctuary is at its best during the winter when migrating birds nests here to lay eggs.
Corbett National Park
Location: Uttaranchal
You will get a lot of idea about the wildlife in India by visiting the Corbett National Park. Spread across an area of 521 square kilometers, it is the oldest national park in the Indian subcontinent. Leopards and the variety of flora are the main attractions of the park.
