Terms and Conditions

Booking & Deposit:

On confirmation of booking your contract is with M/s The World Explorers Pvt. Ltd. For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 25% of the total cost is to be paid by you to M/s The World Explorers Pvt. Ltd ( If flight charges included full flight fare and 25% of the tour cost). The deposit is required to hold the booking on confirmed basis.

Balance Payment:

Balance payment is to be made 15 days prior to the date of start of services. Any booking made within 15 working days of the date of services would be considered to be a late booking and for same the full and final payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.

Note: Apart from above, in case of bookings for special train journeys, hotel or resort bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year) full payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.

Payments:

All payments are to be made in name of The World Explorers Pvt. Ltd.

Payment:

Domestic payments can be made using any of the following methods:-

  1. By Cash / Cheque / Demand Draft
  2. By Electronic money transfer (RTGS & NEFT)
  3. By Online Payment Gateway system through Visa & Master Card

Overseas payments can be made using any of the following methods:-

    1.By Bank transfer to our bank (Bank Details) 2.By Online Payment Gateway system through Visa & Master Card.

In case of payment through credit card, the bank charges (3% extra) - would be levied over and above the total amount.
Note:

    1.All payments should be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction. 2.Bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting bank or by intermediary bank) would be strictly borne by payer.

Policy Regarding Cancellation / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE:

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:

60 days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
59 days to 15 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
14 days to 08 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.
In case of special train journey (like Palace on Wheels, Royal Rajasthan on Wheels, Deccan Odyssey, Golden Chariot, Indian Maharaja & Maharajas Express) - a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required).

Liability

The company does not own or control hotels, coach or other facilities mentioned in the tour. As an operator of the package tour therefore, we cannot be held liable.

a) Where there has been no fault on the part of the company, supplier or agents.
b) Where the failures in performance of the contract are attributable to the customer.
c) Where the failures are attributable to a third party not connected with the provision of the holiday and is unforeseeable or unavoidable.
d) Where the failures are due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond your control.
e) Where the failures are due to an event which you or your supplier even with all due care could not foresee or foretell.

We do take all reasonable steps in ensuring that the organization maintains standards and provide a service that is acceptable to the passengers.

Responsibility:

The World Explorers Pvt. Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person, property in connection with climatic conditions, sea fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond The World Explorers Pvt. control. Neither The World Explorers Pvt. nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the aforementioned causes.

International and Domestic air bookings: Reconfirmation of flight bookings is the responsibility of the traveler. As tour arrangements may be booked to connect with international and domestic air flights it is your responsibility to keep us updated as to your flight times and numbers.

Arrival and Departure Policy:

Check-In Timings: 1200 - 1500 Hours
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.

Check-Out Timings: 1000 - 1200 Hours
Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability / Payment
